I enjoy helping our clients obtain the energy efficiency incentives they have earned in the built environment. My goal is to continue to improve and evolve our services to meet the needs of Eide Bailly’s clients and employees.
A licensed professional engineer in all 50 states and certified building energy modeling professional with over 20 years of consulting experience, Kristin manages and coordinates 179D Commercial Buildings Energy-Efficiency Tax Deduction studies, 45L Residential Tax Credits and Renewable Energy credits. She helps clients identify and pursue opportunities for specialty services including LEED and ENERGY STAR Certifications and utility incentive programs.
When you work with Kristin, you can expect her to completely review and understand the energy efficient aspects of your building portfolio to ensure that all eligible tax incentives are realized.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time outdoors with her family.
